We listened to our customer and developed a technique to laser-etch a permanent1D barcode onto the racks in order to replace the conventional vinyl barcoded label. We have also created a new aluminum manual decapper in order to provide an emerging biotech company with a stronger decapping solution when they expressed their need for a manual decapping tool that could decap frozen samples with ease.
